Our team has years of technical and practical expertise so whether it is a reminder for settings, a quick check before making a change or support with fault finding we are on hand to keep your system up and running.
As technology has developed we have been able to use this to provide better support for our customers nationwide. New PLC control panels include remote access equipment as standard. Once connected to the internet this enables our team to access your control panel and see exactly what is happening on your plant from anywhere. In the past a simple fault or settings mistake would generate downtime and a site visit that, this can now be rectified quickly and easily without incurring additioanl costs.
Our head office holds an extensive stock of spare parts for all our main manufacturers including Skandia Elevator grain handling equipment and Svegma continuous flow grain driers. In addition to the replacement parts for machines there is a broad range of ducts, bends and valves to suit the Skandia equipment. The parts and equipment may be despatch on next day couriers nationwide at short notice ensuring you have the equipment you need on hand to keep you plant up and running.
